Requirements

• Admitted to practice in the State of Illinois.
• Experience in transactional business or corporate law.
• Franchise law experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and desire for autonomy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
