A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its personal injury litigation team in Downtown Orlando. This role is ideal for a bilingual attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to advance complex personal injury cases.

Duties

• Manage all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial preparation.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft compelling motions, memoranda, and responses.
• Analyze case facts and law to develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and assist in trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar license.
• 2-4 years of experience in personal injury law; defense experience is a strong plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Passion for advocacy and eagerness to learn from seasoned litigators.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• A proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and commitment to client service.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar license.
