Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Venture and Growth Finance Associate to join its team in Reston, VA. Duties

• Represent lenders in commercial finance transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
