Duties:

• Represent injured employees in workers’ compensation claims

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judges

• Collaborate with team members to develop legal strategies and case plans

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all case matters

• Contribute to a positive, growth-driven work culture

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling workers’ compensation litigation

• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and handle a full caseload

• Professional demeanor and client-first attitude

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar
