Business Law Associate or Senior Counsel

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a skilled mid- to senior-level attorney to join its Business Law team in Indianapolis, IN. Duties

• Review, draft, revise, and negotiate sophisticated agreements, including supply agreements and other complex commercial documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business law and commercial contract review.
• Demonstrated ability to draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and business professionals across multiple markets.
• Prior in-house counsel experience is a plus, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana.
