Location:

• Fort Worth, TX

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload, from initial consultation through to resolution

• Handle cases related to divorce, custody disputes, adoption, and matrimonial agreements

• Represent clients in both contested and uncontested family law matters

• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court when necessary

• Collaborate with senior attorneys, providing support and learning from their expertise

• Provide exceptional client service, maintaining effective communication throughout the case process

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience practicing family law (Preferred)

• Proficiency in handling divorce, custody disputes, matrimonial agreements, and related family law matters (Required)

• Strong negotiation and courtroom skills, with experience in both contested and uncontested cases (Required)

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (Required)

• Strong communication and client relationship skills (Required)

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute positively to a team environment (Required)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Required)

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (Required)
