Job Overview

Duties

• Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in motion practice and trials.
• Handle a diverse range of professional liability matters, including claims involving attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, and real estate agents.

Requirements

• Admittance to practice in California.
• 4+ years of experience in business litigation.
• Experience in legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and/or other professional liability matters is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admittance to practice in California.
