  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
  • Ensure timely filing of documents and adherence to legal deadlines

Requirements:

  • 2-10 years of experience in personal injury or bad-faith litigation
  • Proven ability to manage cases from pre-litigation through resolution
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in client management and legal negotiations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active state bar license in Texas
  • Admission to practice in federal court is a plus

Skills:
