Duties:

• Manage and litigate personal injury and 1st party bad faith cases
• Handle cases from initial investigation to trial preparation
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery responses
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate case progress
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Ensure timely filing of documents and adherence to legal deadlines

Requirements:

• 2-10 years of experience in personal injury or bad-faith litigation
• Proven ability to manage cases from pre-litigation through resolution
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in client management and legal negotiations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active state bar license in Texas
• Admission to practice in federal court is a plus
