Job Overview

A law firm seeks an eDiscovery Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team in Detroit, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eDiscovery beyond document review and will support the firm's litigation services.

Duties

  • Promote eDiscovery resources and capabilities through training and relationship building.
  • Advise on discovery process improvements and advanced technology use.
  • Provide training on litigation applications and best practices.
  • Advise on document preservation and collection strategies.
  • Draft Litigation Hold Notices and conduct scoping interviews.
  • Facilitate document collections with vendors and IT departments.
  • Develop strategies for data culling and craft search terms.
  • Advise on efficient document reviews and implement QC protocols.
  • Train and supervise contract attorney review teams.
  • Advise on document production options and collaborate on specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor required.
  • 3+ years of dedicated eDiscovery experience.
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with Relativity.
  • Experience managing multiple complex matters simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
