Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Lateral Partner and Senior Associate for its Construction and Surety practice in Philadelphia, PA. Duties

• Represent clients in construction contract drafting and negotiation.
• Manage construction defect litigation and related claims.
• Handle surety bond and indemnity claims.
• Engage in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

Requirements

• PA bar admission; NJ bar admission is helpful.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a construction practice.
• Ability to manage significant responsibilities across a broad caseload.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
