Job Overview

A law firm seeks a full-time partner-level candidate with litigation experience to join its Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in various practice areas, including general commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, white collar criminal matters, international arbitration, construction disputes, and insurance matters.

Duties

• Lead and manage complex litigation cases.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with other partners and associates on case strategies.
• Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of litigation experience.
• Portable book of business with strong cash flow.
• Bar membership in Pennsylvania.
• Bar membership in NJ, NY, or DE is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Pennsylvania.
