Duties:
Act as lead counsel on a variety of corporate aviation transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and financings
Advise on FAA regulatory compliance and aircraft registration matters
Structure ownership and operations to comply with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Counsel clients on aircraft maintenance agreements, completions, and customizations
Represent a global client base including:
Commercial airlines
Corporate flight departments
High-net-worth individuals
Leasing companies and financial institutions
Manufacturers and aviation service providers
Draft, negotiate, and review all relevant transaction documentation
Manage client matters independently and contribute to long-term relationship development
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in aviation law, specifically in corporate aircraft transactions
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value transactions and advise clients without supervision
Substantial knowledge of FAA regulatory frameworks and tax considerations
