Location:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, memoranda, and other written documents
• Draft various litigation documents, including pleadings and motions
• Attend hearings and represent clients effectively
• Manage cases from start to final resolution, coordinating case strategy and progress
• Communicate professionally with clients and supervising attorneys on case updates and legal strategies

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) with strong academic credentials
• Active license to practice law in California, in good standing
• Knowledge of federal and state court procedural rules and litigation practices
• Case management experience, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong negotiation skills and clear, effective drafting abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to draft clear, effective legal documents and manage case files
