Associate Attorney

Stockton office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 5 years of litigation experience. The candidate will be providing advice and counsel and interacting with clients. Drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery. Researching state and federal law. Drafting and arguing motions. Taking and defending depositions. Appearing for hearings and conferences. A California Bar license is required.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have effective written and verbal communication skills, and have great attention to detail. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) is required. Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently.
