Duties

• Attend court hearings and argue motions.
• Cross-examine witnesses and experts.
• Negotiate and resolve cases before trial.
• Prepare and conduct jury trials from start to finish.

Requirements

• Proven litigation and trial experience.
• Strong understanding of Wyoming Rules of Criminal Procedure.
• Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with legal research and case management tools.
• Admitted to the Wyoming bar or eligible for admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
