Senior Litigation Associate

Location:

Duties:

• Independently manage litigation cases from inception through resolution or trial

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda

• Develop case strategies and communicate with clients directly

• Handle court appearances and trial preparation

• Collaborate with team members on complex real estate and business matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business and/or real estate matters

• Proven ability to manage caseloads independently

• Deposition and courtroom experience required

• Prior training at a major law firm or trial-intensive practice preferred

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar
