Duties

• Investigating claims

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in IL
• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of federal court practice
• Securities and/or federal class action experience is a plus
• Solid writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to travel for court appearances and depositions

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois
