Duties

• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in real estate financing.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating complex real estate transactions.
• Provide counsel on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Advise on development, management, and debt and equity financings.

Requirements

• 2-8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• California State Bar admission is required.
• Experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
