Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney in Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate will have over five years of litigation experience and a strong commitment to achieving excellence in legal representation. This role involves managing a large caseload and working collaboratively with a team dedicated to personal injury litigation.

Duties

  • Work directly with experienced personal injury attorneys.
  • Manage an assigned caseload from inception to conclusion.
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies.
  • Review and approve pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.
  • Negotiate settlements and conduct depositions.
  • Lead jury trials and attend legal education courses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of litigation experience.
  • Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Education

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Massachusetts Bar admission.
