Duties

• Assist financial institutions with commercial loan workouts and related litigation.

• Prepare and draft motions and discovery documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Collaborate directly with lenders and other legal counsel with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School.

Certifications

• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Ability to obtain admission in the State of Iowa promptly.

Skills

• Strong academic background.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in legal research and analysis.
