Saint Augustine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney, preferably with 3-6 years of experience practicing civil law in Florida. The candidate will be working with the firm in 3 broad areas: (i) Civil litigation involving, for example, contract, real estate, and business disputes; (ii) Small Business advice, contract review, contract & instrument drafting, and Sale of Business transactions; and (iii) pre-suit Attorney demand and negotiation on behalf of clients. Must be admitted to practice law in Florida state courts (or if sitting for July 2023 Bar Exam, can be considered for a post-graduate Summer Associate position while preparing for the Bar Exam). Moot Court, Negotiation Team, or Law Review is a plus.
The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should preferably have law graduates who were in the top 30% or better of their class.
