Duties

  • Maintain consistent client communication to build trust and satisfaction.
  • Coach intake and pre-lit staff on best practices and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the litigation team for seamless case handoffs.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active license with the State Bar of Michigan.
  • 5+ years of personal injury or negotiation-focused legal experience.
  • Proven record of successful settlement negotiation and case management.
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative, standards-driven team.
  • Commitment to client service, accountability, and ethical advocacy.
