Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Attorney to join its Corporate and Commercial Real Estate practice in Annapolis, MD. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Corporate, and Financial Transactional areas, including lender transaction representation.

Duties

  • Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Advise on corporate and financial transactions.
  • Negotiate and draft legal documents.
  • Provide superior client service and communication.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Business Law.
  • Admitted to the Maryland Bar; D.C. and VA Bar admission is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admitted to the Maryland Bar.
