Partner-level Litigator

A law firm is seeking a Partner-level Litigator in Chicago. The Partner-level Litigator will play a pivotal role in handling complex commercial litigation and strategic disputes. The ideal candidate should bring substantial experience to the table, demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be expected to contribute a portable business to the firm.

Duties:

• Manage and lead complex commercial litigation cases, including but not limited to contract disputes, intellectual property matters, and regulatory issues.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation-related matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to leverage collective expertise.

Requirements:

• Should have relevant experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex litigation cases.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of Illinois.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to contribute a portable book of business.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active membership in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.
