Duties

• Participate in a broad range of lifecycle corporate and transactional matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters.
• Experience with life sciences companies preferred, but interest in the field is also considered.
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
