• 1 year of experience in trademark, copyright, or intellectual property transactional practice
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical capabilities
• Familiarity with USPTO procedures and copyright registration processes
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
• Admission to practice law in the relevant state

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
