Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Richmond, TX. This role involves managing family law cases from start to finish, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the firm's mission of delivering expert legal strategies.

Duties

  • Manage family law cases proactively from beginning to end.
  • Deliver superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
  • Recommend improvements to practice managers.
  • Track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years practicing family law in Texas; five years preferred.
  • Valid Texas bar license for at least two years.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Passion for courtroom hearings, mediations, and consultations.
  • Energetic, motivated, and highly organized.
  • Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar software, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
  • Experience drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
