A law firm seeks a Capital Markets and Securities Associate with over three years of experience to join their Capital Markets Practice Group in New York. Duties

• Lead and execute corporate finance transactions, including public and private securities offerings.
• Advise clients on alternative paths to public markets, such as reverse mergers, de-SPACs, and direct listings.
• Guide clients through regulatory, disclosure, and compliance challenges.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate and securities law at a major law firm.
• Strong understanding of the Securities Act, Exchange Act, and relevant stock exchange rules.
• Proficient in drafting, negotiating, and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
