Associate - Corporate Real Estate (Data Center)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate for its Corporate Real Estate Practice in New York City, NY. The role focuses on data center and digital infrastructure transactions, offering opportunities to engage in complex real estate matters.

Duties

• Support partners and deal teams on data center-related transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and development of data center assets.
• Manage and coordinate due diligence processes.
• Collaborate across practices for efficient deal execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.
• Experience with data center leasing and large-scale commercial leasing preferred.
• Ability to draft and negotiate principal transaction documents.
• Comfortable working across corporate, finance, and tax practice areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
