The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in business law, providing comprehensive legal services to business clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support on various business law matters, including contracts, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
  • Assist clients in the formation and structuring of business entities.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting business operations.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management and client service.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships, providing ongoing counsel and support.
  • Prepare and present legal opinions and reports to clients.
  • Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and networking events.

Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of experience in business law.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
