Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Debt Resolution Attorney Manager to oversee a team of attorneys remotely in New Jersey. This role involves recruiting, developing, and managing attorneys to ensure high performance and compliance with policies and procedures. The manager will collaborate with various departments to align activities with organizational objectives and report directly to the Director of Operations.

Duties

• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of Debt Resolution Attorneys.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate core values and ensure ethical legal oversight.
• Collaborate with departments to align attorney activities with objectives.
• Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies and compliance matters.
• Manage attorney processes and procedures using policy software.
• Implement quality assurance controls and monitor key metrics.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations and management team.
• Manage program escalations and liaise between departments.
• Partner with training to maintain attorney training resources.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Education

• 3+ years of Debt Resolution program oversight.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of legal industry rules and regulations, including FDCPA and FCRA.
• Solid knowledge of attorney ethics and standards of practice.
