Senior Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm in Tulsa, OK, is looking to hire a skilled Senior Associate Attorney to join its expanding Civil Litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with a proven track record in civil litigation and a strong desire to handle complex legal matters. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in this field and be licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial matters
  • Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, discovery, and settlement agreements
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategy and argumentation
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, providing expert legal advice and counsel
  • Negotiate settlements and manage case resolutions
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout case progression

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in civil litigation
  • Active license to practice law in Oklahoma
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures, litigation strategy, and case management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
