The attorney will ensure clients receive optimal care and results, meeting with them to discuss cases and providing updates. Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases and build trust.
• Provide regular updates to clients on case progress.
• Communicate with insurance companies about claims and offers.
• Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Member of the Missouri Bar in good standing required.
• Member of the Illinois Bar in good standing required.
• Willingness to obtain a license in Wisconsin required.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications
