Duties:

• Manage a caseload focused on personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement

• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda

• Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and argue motions

• Strategize case development and trial preparation with senior trial attorneys

• Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure timely case progression

• Participate in mediation and settlement negotiations

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Colorado

• Demonstrated litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law

• Familiarity with civil procedure, evidence rules, and court filing protocols

• Experience handling all aspects of case development, including legal writing and court appearances

• Strong verbal communication skills and courtroom presence

• Capacity to manage competing deadlines and priorities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar (required)
