Duties

• Provide legal services for commercial, agricultural, and residential real estate transactions.
• Assist with estate and trust administration.
• Advise on business organization, counseling, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Negotiate and draft personal and business contracts, such as leases and employment agreements.

Requirements

• License to practice law in the State of Iowa or actively seeking licensure.
