Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate with two to four years of experience to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Boise, ID. The associate will collaborate with clients in the agriculture, renewable energy, timber, and mining sectors, as well as local and regional real estate developers, owners, and operators.

Duties

  • Negotiate and close complex real estate purchase and sales agreements.
  • Manage commercial leases, debt and equity financings, and development matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Exercise business and professional judgment to meet client goals.
  • Engage in business development and participate in civic and professional organizations.

Requirements

  • Two to four years of real estate transactions experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work within a team.
  • Experience in business development and professional organizations.
  • Active membership in or commitment to applying for the Idaho Bar.

Education

  • JD from an accredited university.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Idaho Bar or eligibility to apply.
