Appellate Attorney

Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft appellate briefs.
• Collaborate with trial lawyers on case strategies.
• Analyze and interpret legal precedents and statutes.
• Prepare and present oral arguments in appellate courts.

Requirements

• Experience in appellate practice or federal clerkship preferred.
• Admission to the Maryland Bar; D.C. and Virginia Bar admission a plus.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Maryland required.
