Job Overview

Duties

Requirements

  • MA Bar License (required).
  • RI Bar License (preferred).
  • Mediation certification (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in family law litigation.
  • Background in criminal justice or other legal fields preferred.
  • Experience handling real estate matters required.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in high-stress situations.

Education

  • 4-year degree with a legal background.
  • J.D. degree required.

Certifications

  • MA Bar License.
  • RI Bar License (preferred).
  • Mediation certification (preferred).
