Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including civil disputes, business litigation, and appeals
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on complex legal issues
• Manage case files from inception through resolution, including court appearances and depositions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and ensure the best outcomes for clients
• Participate in discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in all aspects of case management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Experience with appellate litigation is preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Active license to practice law in Indiana

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana

Skills:

• Litigation expertise, including trial preparation and case management
• Strong legal writing and research capabilities
• Negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Proficiency in legal software and tools
