A law firm seeks a Probate Attorney in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling probate matters and resolving mortgage defaults involving deceased borrowers. Duties

• Manage and draft probate filings, including petitions for administration, inventories, and accountings.
• Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines.
• Handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• Develop relationships to be viewed as a trusted partner and advisor.
• Make court appearances and travel as required.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in probate and mortgage default resolution.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
