Job Overview

Duties

  • Advise clients on U.S. and global employment-based and immigration matters.
  • Conduct visa assessments and prepare employment-based immigration petitions.
  • Guide clients through green card processes, including PERM.
  • Provide advice on the employment lifecycle and international employment laws.
  • Support the preparation of equity compensation overviews.
  • Collaborate with corporate clients across various industries.

Requirements

  • Experience advising clients in U.S. employment immigration.
  • Hands-on experience with employment-based visa petitions.
  • Proven track record with multinational companies.
  • Experience or willingness to learn global employment law and equity compensation.
  • Experience with global immigration law is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a corporate immigration law firm preferred.
  • Member of the California or New York State Bar.
  • Demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and excellent judgment.
  • Collaborative and effective communicator.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • Member of the California State Bar or New York State Bar.
