Product, Tort, and Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Product, Tort, and Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience and possess strong research and writing skills. The role will involve handling written discovery, depositions, pleadings, motions, mediations, court appearances, and trial assistance.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of product, tort, and insurance litigation cases.
• Conduct written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive legal documents.
• Attend mediations and negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
• Provide support and assistance during trial proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in California.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in product, tort, or insurance law.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal representation.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
