Duties:

  • Independently manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
  • Advocate for clients in the pursuit of justice and compensation.
  • Build compelling cases using strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies and provide the best outcomes for clients.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of personal injury law and stay up to date on legal developments.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Personal Injury law.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in the state of Illinois (Illinois Bar).

Skills:

  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to advocate for clients in negotiations and settlements.
  • Proficiency in case management and client communication.
