Duties

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams for accurate, timely execution of transactional matters.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in business transactions, corporate law, or M&A.
  • Proven ability to draft precise, reliable transactional documents.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deals and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to advise and persuade diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mid-market mergers and acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with multistate or cross-border transactions.
  • Background in advising privately held or family-owned businesses on governance and succession issues.

Education
