The ideal candidate will handle a diverse clientele in estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, real estate, and business entity planning. Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in estate planning matters
  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Assist clients with probate proceedings and estate administration
  • Manage estate and trust administration processes, including asset distribution and tax planning
  • Handle real estate and business entity planning matters
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on estate planning and probate issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver comprehensive legal services
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in estate planning and probate

Requirements:

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Licensure in Texas (board certification is a plus)
