Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Lead Litigation Attorney for its Oregon expansion, located in Eugene, OR. The attorney will manage personal injury cases from intake through trial, supported by a national team dedicated to achieving strong results and exceptional client service.

Duties

  • Manage personal injury cases from initial evaluation to resolution, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediation, and trial.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
  • Align with national litigation systems, case standards, and processes.
  • Exercise strong preparation, judgment, and ownership over each matter.
  • Build strong relationships with medical providers, attorneys, and community partners throughout Oregon.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD).
  • Licensed in Oregon and in good standing.
  • Demonstrated experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a litigation docket.
  • Professional maturity and a results-driven mindset.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD).

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Oregon.
