Duties

• Draft and negotiate physician services and medical director agreements.
• Structure transactions to comply with federal and state laws.
• Advise on provider acquisitions, affiliations, and joint ventures.
• Ensure compliance with fraud and abuse laws and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of health care transactional experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating professional services agreements.
• Familiarity with federal and state fraud and abuse laws.
• Bar admission in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California Bar membership.
