Duties

• Support regulatory and compliance matters involving employee benefits.
• Advise on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans.
• Assist with plan design, administration, and compliance obligations.
• Provide transaction support for EBEC matters.

Requirements

• Experience in employee benefits compliance and regulatory matters.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.

Skills

• Interpretation and application of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Advising on plan design and compliance.
