Trial Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation matters

• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials

• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel

• Supervise a team of paralegals and support staff

• Provide strategic leadership on litigation matters and trial preparation

• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure deadlines are met

• Foster strong attorney-client relationships throughout the litigation process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury

• Trial experience strongly preferred

• In-depth knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure

• Proven ability to handle high caseloads efficiently and effectively

• Demonstrated leadership and case management capabilities

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
