Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar association.
  • 10 years proven experience in criminal defense; family law experience is a bonus.
  • Strong writing skills with experience in legal drafting required.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct effective legal research.
  • Prior experience in a law office setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients.
